Grid operators think in feeders. Real estate thinks in square footage. For twenty years, nobody was translating — so batteries queue for years behind interconnection studies while millions of viable square feet sit unpriced and invisible.
Gridspace is the translation layer. We join parcel geometry to grid topology, encode what makes a place work for storage as a versioned ontology, and score every parcel against it — repeatably, auditably, with the reasoning published.
The marketplace is what becomes possible once the translation exists: owners can price their dead space, contractors can bid work that's already screened, and the people who live next to a project can own part of it.

GSE is its own first customer — we use the platform to originate before we sell it. And the marketplace is open to third-party projects: if your site scores, it lists, whether or not we found it.
How we make money
We sell siting intelligence, not development. Our revenue does not depend on a project reaching commercial operation in three to five years. That decoupling is why we can work in hard markets.
